The Problem

Has Your Life Been Affected By Someone Else’s Addiction?
Do you tell lies to cover up for someone else or what’s happening in your home?
Do you stay out of the house as much as possible because you hate it there?
Another person’s addiction is no reflection on us. Remember that we didn’t cause it, and cannot control or cure it.
Addiction affects the addict and those who are close to the problem addict.
Learning the facts about addiction can make it easier to accept it as a disease.
We are not responsible for the addict’s behavior.
Being patient with ourselves and our families is important.
Addition has affected us and our families for a long time, and it may take a long time to recover.

The Promise

Our secrets will no longer bind us in shame.

As we gain the ability to forgive our families, the world, and ourselves our choices will expand.

Community rather than loneliness will define our lives.

Serenity and peace will have meaning for us, as we allow our lives and the lives of those we love to flow day by day with Gods ease, balance and grace

About Me

I am a Master Certified Life Coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute.

I have coached track and field at St Helena High School and currently coach for the Napa Track Club.

I have 12 years experience in 12 step mentoring.

I utilize the tried and true twelve steps of AA formed in 1935 adopted by Al-Anon in 1951 and Alateen in 1957 to show adolescents how to find a way to a productive meaningful life.

“I learned this, at least, by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.”

- Henry David Thoreau

Testimonials

Mentoring comes naturally to Bob. He observes, listens, and encourages with the greatest attention to detail. He pays attention to the individual in his presence. He has played an instrumental role in helping two of my children, that are student-athletes, achieve their goals and aspire for achieving even bigger goals. Bob has words of wisdom and insight to share that come from experience and the heart. Forever grateful that Bob came into our families’ lives.

-  Patty Saldivar Cordano

“Not only did Bob teach me how to jump hurdles on the track; he taught me how to jump hurdles in life. He believed in me and helped direct me to a positive mindset which led me to positive lifestyle.”

- Paulina Bautista

"Bob Cantrall is an absolute natural Life Coach. Having struggled in his own journey - and as he so clearly relates in his book "The Fall of My Life,"-  Bob has used the obstacles of his own life as the building blocks for his own transformation. He is inspired to help others transform their lives.  A gifted listener, a man of deep empathy, Bob enriches the lives of those of us who know him. Quite simply, he is a treasure."
